Syracuse Select /Refund Policy
All refund requests must be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Prior to Start of Camp/League/Tournament (Program)
For programs cancelled by Syracuse Select for any reason, a full refund (minus credit card
fees) will be offered to the customer. The customer may choose to receive a credit/transfer to
a comparable program in lieu of a refund.
A customer who cancels a registration for any reason up to 10 days prior to the start of a
program may receive a full refund (minus a $20 cancellation fee and all credit card fees which
A customer who cancels a registration within 10 days to the start of a program will not receive a
refund, but they may transfer the registration to a comparable program or receive a full credit
to a future comparable program within one year.
After a Camp/League/Tournament (Program) has Started
Once a program has started, refunds will not be granted for any reason. Customers wishing to
withdraw after a program has started may receive a partial credit for a future program if that
credit is approved by either the Executive Director or General Manager. The Executive
Director/General Manager has the discretion to determine the amount of any credit. The credit
will not be more than 50%.
